Moong ki chilkay wali daal wash kar ke over night bhego dein pani bhar ke,ya at least 3_4hrs. Subh masal ke pani phenk dein is se chilka utr jae ga daal ka, bar bar karen jab thore chilkay reh jae to daal ko chalni mein rakhen pani nikal jae ga thora.

Ab is daal ko grind karen coarsly, sath Dale, thora sa zeera, salt aur kuti lal mirch. Mixture zaida patla na ho.Soda add karen aur achi tarha mix karen.

Karahi mein oil garam karen aur chote chote pakoray bana kar fry jab golden brown ho jaen to nikal lein, sari barian bana lein.Chote banaen yeh bad mein phool ke baray ho jaen ge.

Sath dusray pan mein gravy tayyar kar lein. Oil dalen garam ho jae to, zeera dalen aur karkaren, pyaz ka paste /puree dalen aur cook karen achi tarha sath 1cup pani dalen, cook karen, adrak lehson paste dalen haldi, salt aur red chilli powder dalen, achi tarha cook karna Hay masalay mein kacha pan na ho warna aur pani daal ke paka lein.

Dahi daal ke achi tarha bhun lein, jab oil uper A jae to 2cups garam pani add kar ke mix karen aur cook karen, green chillies sabut dalen, 5mins tak boil karen phir fry Mangochian dalen aur flame low kar ke cook karen. Jab achi tarha soft ho jaen to hara dhania dalen, salt taste karen ab cover kar ke dum pe 5mins rakh dein.Flame off kar ke cover kar ke rakh dein 15mins.

Chahen to uper garamasala dalen. Yeh bohat lazeez banti hain, chapatti ke sath serve karen.
*Shorba zaida rakhen kun ke ye thori der bad garha ho jata hay. Magar kacha pan na ho. - 7
Tips
*Pakoray chote size ke banen, ye salan mein ja ke phool jae ge.
*salan mein shorba zaida rakhen kun ke mangochi absorb kar leti hain pani.
