1/2 cupBlanched spinach
1 tbsp boiled corn
1/2 chopped onion
1 tsporegano
1/2 tsp peppe powder
2 tbsp mayonnaise
some cheese (slice or grated)
as requiredbutter and bread
1green chili

In a pan add 1/2 tsp butter, add chili, onion, then spinach and corn, add 1/4 tsp oregano and a bit pepper powder.

Add mayonnaise.butter bread, add mixture on one slice top, top it with cheese, add second slice on top. Toast it in sandwich maker or on a pan
