Imarti & Rabri is a popular combination that has been eaten in many parts of India and this combination is the heaven of sweets where a crispy imarti is topped with creamy rabri.
Steps

Firstly prepare rabri, boil milk into large and bottom kadahi or pan. Stir the milk continuously and reduce milk until the milk becomes 1/4. Further, add sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for more than 5 minutes. Keep aside.

Wash urad dal and soak in water for 3-4 hours. After that drain the water

Add dal and little water to the grinder and grind dal and make a smooth paste.

Add orange color to paste and mix well. Beat the mixture using a hand whisk for 3-4 minutes.

Heat ghee into a kadahi.

Pour the daal mixture into a piping bag or a cloth with a hole at centre.

Make large and thick spirals in ghee by pressing the bag.

Deep fry from both sides. Similarly, make all the Imartis. Take them out.

For making sugar syrup, add sugar to a pan. Add water for making sugar syrup. Let it boil. When it reaches the consistency of one string.

Add the prepared imartis to the sugar syrup.

Ready imarti and rabri garnishing with chopped pistachios and rose petals. Serve imarti with rabri and enjoy!
