Traditional,Nutritious Delicious staple food of Bihar and in Bengal. It's flat bread prepared for Breakfast/ lunch. Sattu parathas are prepared with wheat flour and stuffed with sattu spicy filling.
Steps

Mix wheat flour with salt and oil. Add little little water to make smooth soft dough. Knead dough and divide into 3 equal size flattened balls. Keep aside.

Grind 1/2 cup roasted gram in mixer jar to make sattu flour.

In mixing bowl add all mentioned ingredients for preparing stuffing mixture. Mix well and keep aside. Divide into 3 portions

Roll each prepared wheat flour flattened balls into round 4" diameter round roti. Place one portion of prepared spicy sattu stuffing mixture in center. Gather edges of roti at centre. Gently press into flattened ball. Roll gently into paratha. Similarly prepare all.

Roast Achari Sattu Paratha on griddle with ghee on both sides

Serve Relish Delicious Nutritious Hot Achari Sattu Paratha with curd/ pickle.
