For pita bread

Seive your flour, add your 2 tablespoon of sugar, 1and half teaspoon of yeast, pinch of salt and mix well.

Add little amount amount of water and form a dough

Then add 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil and knead for 10-15 mintues.

Allow to rinse in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Roll it out and baked in a non-stick fry pan.

Wash your vegetables and slices them.

Add your liver, seasoning.

Wash your liver and boiled it

Heat your oil add your onions garlic, curry, thyme and fry on a low heat for 2 minutes.

Add your slices, tomatoes, onions,r ed bell pepper and fry for 10-15 mintues.

Break your eggs and add into your pot, add your spring onion.

Cook for10 mintues.
