This is done on third day of puja of Navarathiri.very healthy nutrients value savoury with no garlic,no ginger &no onion.generally prepared during puja time mainly morning session. we will do puja to Durga maa and by evening we will call nearby senior ladies,young ladies and children especially female children we consider as devi maa. we will invite odd numbers and given them sindhoor,haldi,sandle wood powder paste in their hands and forehead and also give them Thambulam and Glass Bangales,sindhoor box,haldi,coins,some return gift like steal vessel,kajal box,comb,mirror etc..And we will ask them to sing a Durga maa songs or dance before the golu. we will place all the god idol made from clay and arrange in odd numbers in a shelf tray we will do the display in first day of Navarathiri..

A night before, wash your black chana and soak it in a water.next take the black chana wash once again add salt,water,cooking soda in a pressure cooker and cook for 4whistle.keep it away to cool down.

Next step is prepare your coconut and keep it away

Then next step open your pressure cooker check your chana fully boiled.Take a kadai pour some refined oil pour your black rai,urad dal,chana dal,add hing and curry leaves,red chilli split and green chilli. everything fried then add immediately your black chana dal after removing the water completely add gun powder one tsp,add grated coconut and add cut coriander leaves your prasadhi is ready.
