Cooking Instructions

🔸Chop 3 potatoes into small pieces and mash the one remaining..

🔸Heat ghee in a pan, add the cumin, hing,mustard seeds curry leaves and sauté for a minute on medium heat.

🔸Add the green chillies and onion and sauté till the onion is translucent.

🔸Add the chopped potatoes and turmeric. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

🔸 1 cup warm water, sugar and 1 tsp. salt or to taste. Cover and cook on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes.
- 6
🔸Garnish it with some chopped coriander.
