  1. 4 1/2 ozshrimp (125 grams)
  2. 1/2bell pepper, any color you like
  3. 1/4white onion
  4. 2 teaspoons+ 1 teaspoon olive oil
  5. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground guajillo chili
  7. 1/4 teaspoononion powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
  9. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1/4 teaspoondried oregano
  11. 1/8 teaspoonground cumin

    Prepare the ingredients. Clean the shrimp. Slice the onion and cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

    In a bowl, mix the spices and salt. Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil, stir, and then add the lemon juice. Mix well.

    Toss the shrimp with the marinade and let sit for 10 to 15 minutes. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened and lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    In the same skillet, arrange the shrimp in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until cooked through. If making a larger batch, cook in batches so the shrimp don't steam and become rubbery. Return the vegetables to the skillet.

    Mix well to combine the flavors, taste and adjust seasoning with more salt if needed. Serve with warm tortillas, sliced avocado, extra lemon, and salsa as desired.
