Now heat olive oil in a large skillet, add fresh garlic cook for about 1 minute now add in your vegetables stir fry about 7 minutes or so. Once veggies are cooked down a bit add in shrimp and all seasonings as desired cook till shrimp are pink about 6 minutes.. Serve with warm tortillas, limes n your choice of sides..
