  2. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  3. 1/3 tspmustard paste
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pinchdried oregano leaves
  6. 1 tbspcrushed red chillies
  7. 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
  8. 1bread soaked in milk and crushed
  9. 1 tspsoya sauce
  10. 1 tspcrushed black pepper
  11. Buns
  12. Cheese slices as need
  13. 1large onion
  14. as neededOlives and mushrooms
  15. Burger sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Put beef mince in chopper until its fine,add all sauces and spices and make pattie.

    Make burger sauce with added 1 tsp bbq sauce

  3. 3

    Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tsp oil

  4. 4

    Shallow fry pattie from both sides.

  5. 5

    For Assembling, toast the buns, apply sauce, pattie, onions and mushrooms, cheese slices and cover with bun. Serve hot
