Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 500 gmspumpkin
  • 1large onion sliced
  • 1 tspwhite cumin
  • 1 tbspcrushed red chillies
  • PInch of haldi
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 cupimli pulp
  • 2Green chillies

  1. 1

    In a pot put oil, add zeera. Once it pops add onions and saute

  2. 2

    Once onions are light brown add meetha kaddu, ginger garlic paste, crushed chillies and salt.

    Cover and let it cook on low flame, once it is soft add imli pulp and green chillies. It is ready.
