Makhana Ladoo

Heat 3 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast Makhana till it’s crispy; cool it & grind coarsely in a mixer

In another pan heat 1 tbsp ghee add Makhana powder, and coconut 🥥 powder & mix nuts & roast for 2-3 min on medium to low heat

When 50% cool down add sugar powder so start melting slowly & it’s easy to bind Ladoo
Grease your palm & start making Ladoos if it’s not binding add 1-2 tsp cold milk 🥛 & bind Laddoos;if h want you can add saffron milk also
Store in an airtight container & enjoy
