Protein is a very essential element for our body. Protein is very important for young children. Protein is essential for hair, eye and physical growth. Protein-rich foods are also recommended for dieters.
Sprouted beans are high in protein. Apart from that, paneer also contains good amount of protein. So today I made a protein rich vegetable salad. Sprouted moong beans, sprouted chickpeas and paneer are the main sources of protein.

Sprouted beans are high in protein. Apart from that, paneer also contains good amount of protein. So today I made a protein rich vegetable salad. Sprouted moong beans, sprouted chickpeas and paneer are the main sources of protein.

Moong and chickpeas should be washed with clean water and sprouted. Sprouted moong and chickpeas are the main ingredients for the protein salad.

Now take all the vegetables I.e. tomato, cucumber and onion. Along with it, take small pieces of paneer, roasted peanuts and roasted papad and chop them a little by hand.

To add flavour and crunch to the protein salad, add chaat masala, black salt and salt. Add some green chutney, lemon juice, coriander and small pieces of raw mango to it.

All this should be mixed well in a bowl and the papad pieces and groundnuts should be added last and mixed and served so that the papad and groundnuts do not fall out in the salad.

To serve this prepared protein salad I have decorated the dish with vegetables and served this salad.
