Make small pieces of cocount and put it in mixer grinder add 8 to 9 medium spicy chopped green chillies,3 to 4 chopped green chillies if using spicy chillies and add salt as per taste.

Switch on the mixer grinder and grind the ingredients keep adding little water to make smooth paste.

Once the paste is ready transfer the mixture in one bowl and make preparation of tadka.switch on the gas Heat 2 tsp oil in tadka pan or small vessel,add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds once it cracks add asafoetida curry leaves switchoff the gas. Add 7 to 8 drops of lemon in mixture and give tadka to the chutney..

Add little finely chopped coriander and mix all the ingredients well take little coriander to garnish the chutney and coconut chutney is ready.Tastes great with dosas, idlis,appam, or along with roti sabji also..enjoy😋
