Gobhi (Cauliflower) Manchurian

Cut the florets of cauliflower after washing and blanch in warm water for five minutes. Dry florets in kitchen towels.

Mix both the flours, black pepper powder, salt and turmeric powder with the Gobhi florets and coat well.

Shallow fry them in hot oil in medium flame till crispy.

For sauce preparation, take all the ingredients from tomato sauce to salt as required. Add half a cup of water and mix well.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a kadhai, add minced garlic and saute. Mix chopped onion and fry till golden brown.

Add sauce mixture and bring to boil in low heat.

Add the cooked Gobhi and mix well with sauces. Switch off the flame and bring to a bowl.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds and serve.

I prepared a less hot Gobhi Manchurian for my family.
