Wash and cut both greens. Put them in a cooker with 2 cups of water, salt green chilli, red chilli powder. Give one whistle and cook for 30 minutes.

When its cool grind with the grinder. Take a pan heat desi ghee and add garlic and fry for half a minute.

Now add red chilli powder, add boiled saag and fried. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Sarso ka saag is ready to serve.
