Ingredients

2 servings
  • 9 ozshort pasta (about 250 grams)
  • 1 candrained tuna
  • 1/2grated carrot
  • 1/4onion
  • 1/2tomato
  • chopped green onion, to taste
  • 3/4 cupcorn (about 120 grams)
  • 1/4red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoonsmayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoonmustard
  • 1 splashlemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all the ingredients into small pieces.

    Add them to the cooked pasta, then add the tuna.

    Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

    Mix everything until well combined. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, then enjoy.
