For sauce heat oil add chopped garlic fry till slightly brown off the flame,add chilly powder, chilly flakes,soya sauce, tomato sauce,honey,salt combine all the ingredients.

Now grease small idli mould and fill the dhokla batter steam for 7 min. remove dhoklas.

Heat oil in a pan add mustard,jeera,curry leaves,red chilly and dhokla mix it well add sauce as per your spicyness sprikle sesame seeds, coriander leaves.

Mini Dhokla is ready to serve.
