Cabbage Manchurian
Steps

Finely chop Cabbage, add salt + black pepper powder + Kashmiri red chilli powder + ginger garlic paste + soya sauce and toss well.

Assemble other ingredients for gravy.

Assemble all other ingredients for gravy.

Add corn flour + maida to cabbage and give a good mix. Make small small balls and keep aside. Heat oil and drop balls, fry till crisp under medium flame and keep aside.

In pan / wok, add oil, allow to heat then add garlic and sauté for few seconds.
Then add onion + green chilli + onion stalks and fry till golden brown. - 6
Then start adding all sauce one after another and add 1/2 cup water.
Mix well and give a good boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. - 7
Now make a slurry of water + corn flour and pour into the gravy and stir well. Add salt + sugar and Cook for 2-3 minutes and mixture starts thickening. Add the fried balls into it and cook further for 1-2 minutes till balls coats well with gravy.
Switch off flame and it is ready to serve. - 8
Garnish with onion stalks and serve hot hot.
