Custard jelly pudding with butterscotch sprinkles

In a pan, boil water as instructed on jelly pack. Then add the instant jelly powder and mix quickly to avoid lumps.

Now pour the mixture in glasses and pop them in fridge to set completely.
Tip- you can tilt the glass while freezing to give the jelly a sloping effect. - 3
Now prepare your custard.
In a pan, boil the milk and add the diluted custard mixture. Add sugar and cook for 5-7 minutes until it becomes quite thick. - 4
Let the custard cool completely.

Now, in the glass, pour the custard, then add broken slices if brittania cake, again the custard layer.

Top it off with some butterscotch and garnish with mint leaves.
