We all know that kids don’t like to eat vegetables and we have to make them eat and make them understand the goodness of vegetables. At the same time the food has to be as tasty as they like it to be. So as Mother’s we have a big responsibility. I chose to make Amaranth Burger which would be wiped in few minutes because it’s extremely flavourful, tasty and of course in a Burger. Most kids like Burger

For Patty - in a pan roast amaranth leaves for 2 mins, add water and cover to cook until all water is absorbed, set aside

In a bowl add cooked Rajma, boiled Corn, cooked Amaranth. Mash with a masher. Add chopped onion, chopped green chilies, cumin, chopped ginger, salt and mix well

Add Amaranth flour and mix well to bind. Make tikkis and flatten

In a pan heat oil and add 2-3 tikkis and on medium flame fry 3-4 mins until crispy, set aside

To prepare sauce - in a bowl mix Hung curd and Red garlic Chutney and mix well.

To assemble - Slice the burger breads, add lettuce, add sauce on the lettuce, add Amaranth Burger Tikki, add onion rings and sliced tomatoes, apply the sauce on the top Burger bread and place on the Burger.
