Ingredients

6-8 hours
10 people
  1. 3 cupsquick oats
  2. 6 cupsrolled oats
  3. 1.5 cupscoconut flakes
  4. 3/4 cupraw walnuts
  5. 3/4 cupraw almonds
  6. 3/4 cupseeds of your choice(chia, pumpkin, sunflower)
  7. If you don't have any of the above nuts/seeds, use any 1 type
  8. 1.5 cupspineapple/ orange juice
  9. 1 cupolive oil
  10. 1 cuphoney
  11. 1 tablespoonvanilla

Steps

6-8 hours
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl preferably using gloves

  2. 2

    Line the oven baking tray with aluminium foil and bake in preheated oven at 50°C for 6-8 hours

  3. 3

    It's ready when the bottom starts to turn slightly brown

  4. 4

    Allow to cool and break into sizeable pieces and store in a large airtight bowl
