Gather all the ingredients. Wash the cilantro leaves and chop the tomatoes.

In a blender jar, add the chopped tomatoes, cilantro leaves, garlic, roasted cumin powder, green chilies, and salt. Blend until smooth. Do not add water.

Transfer the chutney to a bowl and mix in the mustard oil. Your tomato and cilantro chutney is ready to serve.
