I use mixed nuts of almonds, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts and hazelnuts.

For nuts sauce: fry nuts and garlic cloves in coconut oil. Using hand blender, blend fried nuts, fried garlic, chilli powder, salt, pepper and coconut milk into paste.

In plate, mix the boiled vegetables and nuts sauce. Add eggs.
