Cooking Instructions

Cut the chicken into pieces (optional) or leave it whole and place it in a bowl. Add the marinade: mustard, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and juice from half the lemon. Sauté the chicken with the garlic until it gets a little color. Then add the onion and stir well for 2-3 minutes.

Add the wine and stir well until it evaporates. Pour in the water and the juice from the other half of the lemon, stir, and simmer for 20 minutes.

To thicken the sauce, take a small glass of the broth from the pot, filling it halfway, and add 1 teaspoon of flour or cornstarch, stirring well. Pour this mixture into the sauce and stir well, then remove from heat!

Serve with rice pilaf, French fries, or pasta!

(My oregano wasn't ground well, which is why there are 1-2 dark spots on the chicken).
