Add 1 teaspoon oil to a nonstick skillet. Add the finely chopped onions, ginger, and green chili, and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the finely chopped cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs form small pieces. Let cook until golden. Add the finely chopped cilantro.

Serve with bread or paratha.
