Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgSpinach leaves (palak)
  2. 1 bowlSweet corn
  3. 3Onion chopped
  4. 2 tablespoonsGinger garlic and green chilli paste
  5. 1/4 teaspoonsHing
  6. 1 teaspoonsCumin seeds
  7. 2 bigTomato chopped
  8. 1 teaspoonsTurmeric powder
  9. 1 teaspoonsKashmiri red chilli powder
  10. 1 tablespoonsGaram masala
  11. 1 teaspoonsCoriander powder
  12. 1 teaspoonsChat masala
  13. 4 tablespoonsFresh cream
  14. 4 tablespoonsMustard oil/ghee
  15. as requiredSalt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    First of all boil the cleaned and washed spinach leaves.

    Now once boiled, churn it to paste, may be thin or coarse.

  3. 3

    Now take a kadai, add oil or ghee. Add hing, jeera(cumin seeds)

  4. 4

    Then add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.

  5. 5

    Add chopped onion and saute for a while. Then add tomatoes and let it cook.

    Once onion and tomatoes get cooked, add dry masala one by one

  7. 7

    Once the masala leaves the oil, add palak paste, sweet corn and mix it well.

  8. 8

    Once cooked, add bit water and cook for a while. Once cooked add fresh cream and switch off the flame.

    Palak corn is ready to serve.
