Soak the dates in half cup hot water. Remove the seed & grind it into a smooth paste. Keep it aside

Heat a pan, pour 1 tbsp ghee. Fry the broken nuts & Almond slices slightly. Then remove from heat.

Pour 1 tbsp ghee, then add grated carrot. Stir it on low flame till it becomes soft (15 min). Add Coconut milk. Cook it on low flame till it absorbs.(10min)

Then add Dates paste & stir it well.
Add cardamom powder, roasted Almonds & cashewnuts. Stir it well. - 5
Finally add the remaining ghee(1 tbsp) & stir the dates mix till the ghee comes on the sides of the pan. Remove from heat.

Transfer it into a greased mould.
Cool it & unmould it & cut it into shapes.
