Steps

Pineapple compote
Take Pineapple and sugar and mix in low flame till Pineapple softens and absorbs the sugar - 2
Heat a heavy bottom vessel, add 1 tbspn ghee and roast cashews, add rasins and remove in a plate immediately after rasins puff

In the same pan, add rava and roast in low flame till slightly golden. Remove and set aside.

Add water, add salt,food color(optional)and allow to boil. Now slowly add roasted rava with constant stirring.

Now add sugar and mix till it loosens

Add the pineapple compote and roasted cashews & rasins

Finally add ghee and mix till combined.
