Steps

Wash and soaked chanadal (b gram) for at least 2hrs.Now make paste ofo chanadal in grinder

Make paste of chillies,garlic and ginger.Now in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil.

Mix it nicely and put fritter into hot oil fry till golden.

Serve hot with your favourite chutney or and sauce.This is perfect teatime snacks.
