Bengali style Shorshe Saag / Mustard Greens

Finely chop Mustard Greens and slit green chilli. Boil black Chana and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan, add oil, add onion seeds + dry red chilli and allow to crackle, then add chopped mustard greens + green chilli and stir fry 2-3 minutes, greens shrinks.

Add turmeric powder + salt and mix gently. Add boiled black Chana and stir fry for 5-6 minutes under medium flame.

Dish is done.
