  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 tsp carom seeds
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  6. 2 tbspdesi ghee
  7. as per requirementWater

    In bowl add wheat flour, carom seeds,kasoori methi and salt, oil.

    Mix well and add required amount of water to form soft dough.rest for 10 minutes. Now take small portion from dough. Fold it triangle and roll out.

    Heat tawa pan, put rolled paratha, spread oil.cook well from both sides. Serve hot.
