Heat a kadai Or a pressure pan. Pour ghee, add broken nuts & raisins,stir it till light brown, remove from heat.
Melt the jaggery with water in a vessel on medium heat. Stir it well.
When it melts, remove from flame - 2
Roast the coconut pieces in kadai till light brown. Keep it aside.
Strain the melted jaggery. - 3
Pour the jaggery mix into the kadai. When it boils, add grated coconut. Stir it well. After 5 min, add poha, roasted nuts, raisins, coconut pieces, stir it well.
Then add crushed cardamom & sesame (roasted in ghee). Mix it well. Remove from heat. - 4
Serve it with Tea.
A perfect Evening Snack - 5
