Perfect for when you're sick or you need to cook something fast.
Can also be made without veggies.
Cooking Instructions

Heat up 700ml vegetable or chicken stock and put in the vegetables. I used frozen peas and carrots.

Mix the eggs with a splash of milk and slowly pour them into the soup when it's cooking.

I added a little soy sauce at the end. But you can skip this step and put chives or spring onion on top.
Then you're done. Enjoy!
