Ingredients

2 people
  1. 700 mlstock
  2. 2eggs
  3. 3 handfulvegetables
  4. e.g. carrors, peas
  5. splashmilk
  6. 1little soy sauce
  7. salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat up 700ml vegetable or chicken stock and put in the vegetables. I used frozen peas and carrots.

  2. 2

    Mix the eggs with a splash of milk and slowly pour them into the soup when it's cooking.

  3. 3

    I added a little soy sauce at the end. But you can skip this step and put chives or spring onion on top.

    Then you're done. Enjoy!
