Easy sweet samosa, a rich semolina stuffing, which have many important roles in your body including helping convert food into energy. Course: snack, nutrients value: high in protein, vitamin B, cocoa powder, calcium, zinc, copper, iron and etc. Diet: (is not gluten free)

Heat a wok and dry roast semolina for 5 mins on low medium flame, add melted ghee in and mix well.

Cook until golden, add cardamom powder, cocoa powder and sugar mix well, cook for 5-6 mins on medium flame and remove from heat, let it cool but when little warm add chopped chocolate and mix well. Stuffing is ready, keep aside.

For dough: in a bowl 🥣 add flour, ghee and mix, pour in water and mix well, make a stiff dough, shape dough into small balls, take balls and then into thin rounds, cut them into halves, take one half and wet the edge with your finger and fold the straight edge at the centre and make a cone shape, fill the cone with chocolate 🍫 mixture and press the edges together, add little water and seal it.

Heat oil in wok and deep fry / shallow fry them till golden and let cool down completely and serve.
