Methi pakore

Chopped fine methi leaves and wash properly.

In a bowl add besan, methi leaves, yoghurt, chilli powder, salt, black pepper, coriander powder, baking soda, and a little oil. Mix well form pakodes.

In a pan heat oil and deep fry each side 1-2 min.
Serve hot with Chay, chutney, ketchup. Enjoy😊!!!!!!! - 4
