  • 1/2 کلوھو لے/ اولے
  • 1 کپ لاہوری نمک

  1. 1

    سب سے پہلے روٹی پکانے والے توے کو الٹا کر کے چولہے پر رکھ دیں پھر اس میں لاہوری نمک ڈال کر بھونیں کہ نمک اچھی طرح گرم ھو جائے

    پھر ھو لے/اولے شامل کیجیے اور اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں

    اب ھو لے/ اولے کی اچھی طرح درمیانہ آ نچ پر بھونیں 10 منٹ مسلسل کے ان کا کلر چینج ھو جائے

    آ پ کے مزےدار گرما گرم ھو لے/ اولے تیار ھیں نمک کو چھان کر سرو کریں 🤤
