Steps

Fried pork until brown then seperate.

Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Then add 2 tbsp bagoong.

Add and sear the pork. Add ground pepper and seasoning powder.

Add 3 cups of water. Simmer for 30 mins until tender.

Add 1tbsp sugar and add 2 pcs of red and green chilis.

You can add fried egg plant.
