Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfengurick leaves
  2. 1 cuppeas
  3. 1 cupcream
  4. 1 big size onion
  5. 6-7garlic cloves optional
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 1-2green chillies
  8. 15-20cashew nuts
  9. 1black cardmom
  10. 2green cardmom
  11. 1 inchcinnemon sticks
  12. 2-3cloves
  13. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  14. 5black pepper corn
  15. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  16. Pinch of Asafoetida
  17. As per taste salt
  18. 1 tbspbutter
  19. As RequiredGhee
  20. 1 tspsugar
  21. As requiredMilk or water

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan heat it adds some butter and put all the spices except garam masala, onion ginger, garlic, chilies., Cashew nuts. Saute for two min till it looks soft.

    Otherside you can put 1tsp ghee and then fenugreek leaves.cook till soft.

    Another hand you can blanch peas.

    When the onion mixture completely cools down then grind it and strain it with a strainer..

    Put ghee and butter in the pan then added grind wet spices

  6. 6

    When masala is done nicely add peas and fengurick leaves. cook for while and add malai. And sugar. stir and cook for some more.

    Add water or milk and cook on low heat for 5 min more.

    Serve hot with naan or paratha.
