Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 blockSilken tofu (538 g)
  2. 100 mlTahini (sesame paste)
  3. 2 cloveGarlic
  4. 1half a lemon Lemon juice
  5. 1 tbspOlive oil
  6. 3 tbspYogurt
  7. 1to 2 teaspoons Salt

Steps

    Thoroughly drain the moisture from the tofu. I usually microwave it for 1-2 minutes and then wrap it in a paper towel, followed by a newspaper, and then I place something heavy on top.

    Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until the garlic is no longer grainy. Then it's done!

  3. 3

    Tahini is a type of sesame paste used in the Middle East. I think it's somewhat lighter than Japanese sesame paste. If you don't want it to taste too much like sesame, then decrease the amount of sesame paste used.
