Mix Chicken with black pepper, red chilli powder, egg & cornflour. Then heat oil in kadai & fry Chicken till light golden brown.Keep aside.

In a bowl, mix tomato ketchup, chilli sauce & soya sauce. Keep aside. Heat 2 tbs. Oil in kadai & add chopped garlic. Fry it for 1 minute. Then add chopped ginger, onion pieces & green chillies.

Then add sause with it(mixed in a bowl). Add some water & 1 tsp. Cornflour (mix with water). Boil it for 2 minutes in high flame. Add fried Chicken pieces.Then add Schezwan sauce & spring onion.cook it for 3 minutes in high flame. Garnish it with spring onion & green chillies. Serve it with Chinese Fried Rice.
