  1. 1/4Kabocha squash
  2. 1Camembert cheese
  3. 3Soft boiled eggs
  4. 3 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 1 tspWasabi paste
  6. 1Krazy Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the kabocha squash until it's tender. Combine the mayonnaise, wasabi and Krazy Salt in a bowl. Add the piping hot kabocha squash and Camembert cheese to the bowl and mix.

    Put some lettuce on a serving plate, and mound the kabocha mix and roughly chopped soft boiled eggs on top.
