Quick Oats & Mudhi Bars (Oats & Puffed Rice)
Healthy snack for kids, easy to make and doesn’t take much time, doesn’t require oven. You can keep this in airtight containers up to 7 days.

Heat butter, honey and sugar in microwave for 2 minutes or on stove till it comes to boil.

Dry Roast oats for 10 mins, add puffed rice and mix well. Cool down.

Mix salt and vanilla essence to the butter+honey+sugar syrup. Now fold in the oats & Mudhi/Puffed-rice. Mix well, fold in 3/4 coconut, cranberries and half chocolate chips.

Line trays with parchment paper, add the mixture and on top add the remaining coconut and chocolate chips. Now press really well so that the mixture will set.

Keep in freeze for 2 hours. Once you take out cut into bars. This can be stored in the air tight container up to 7 days.
