Ingredients

  1. Pre boiled rice
  2. 300 gmtender beef
  3. 2large onions
  4. 3Tomatoes
  5. 1large Green Capsicum
  6. 2green and red pepper
  7. 1/2a juicy lemon/lime
  8. 1/2 spoonfulground cinnamon
  9. 3 piecesfleshy garlic
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 2 tablespoonsvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pre boil 1 cup of pishori rice in water and a pinch of salt. Remove when water has completely evaporated. Let it settle for a while and put in a fridge to chill

    Slice up your Onions, Tomatoes, Capsicum to desired sizes. Crush the ginger.

    Wash your cut meat well. Two rinses. Place in a pan, add ½ a glass of water, 2 pinches of salt, cinnamon, garlic and pepper and cook in high heat for 15 mins until the meat becomes tender.

    Sieve the remaining broth and dump the ginger. Return the pan with the meat without stew on the fire. Pour in the oil, fry for 30 seconds, throw in the onions and stir until the onions turn slightly brown. Add the sliced capsicums and stir. Then add the tomatoes, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 5 mins. Add a drizzle of brown vinegar to taste, cover and serve hot with the chilled boiled rice.
