This results in a creamy and ultra-decadent mousse.
Steps

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.

Mix the egg yolks with the melted chocolate. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.

Whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks and gently fold it into the previous mousse mixture.
- 4
Divide into ramekins and chill for 4 hours.
