Stuffed Indian pancakes

In a bowl 🥣 add gram flour, flour if using, salt, green chillies paste, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, salt 🧂 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️ and add water💦 little by little, mix well, no lumps should be form, keep aside. In the time of making pancakes, add bicarbonate of soda and mix well.

Heat 3 tbsp sunflower oil 🌻, add mustard seeds when start to crack, add cumin seeds saute for a min, add chopped green chillies, garlic paste 🧄, finely chopped carrot 🥕, crushed peas, grated cauliflower cook lightly for 5 mins, remove from heat, let it cool down.

In a bowl 🥣, add boiled/ grated potatoes 🥔, above lightly saute vegetables, salt 🧂, finely chopped ginger, Kashmiri red chillies powder 🌶️, finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, Chaat masala powder and mix well.

Heat 1tbsp sunflower oil 🌻 in a pan, make medium pancakes and add stuffing and fold, serve with mango chutney, coconut chutney, tomato sauce/ ketchup.
