It's been a while since I cooked and shared a recipe. Tonight, I made 'Stir-Fried Pork with Scallions'. Since I have to work, I bought most of the ingredients at Carrefour, which is conveniently close to my home.

It's been a while since I cooked and shared a recipe. Tonight, I made 'Stir-Fried Pork with Scallions'. Since I have to work, I bought most of the ingredients at Carrefour, which is conveniently close to my home.
Cooking Instructions

Mix the hot pot pork slices with the marinade and set aside. Wash the scallions and chili peppers. Cut the scallions into sections, the chili peppers into small pieces, and slice the garlic.

Heat a pan and add a little oil. Sauté the garlic slices until fragrant.

Push the garlic slices to the side and add the marinated pork to the pan.

Stir-fry until the pork turns white.

Add the seasoning, scallion sections, and chili pieces. Stir-fry everything evenly and serve.
