Wash the Red Amaranthus 3-4 Times

Cut onion and garlic and Green chillie

Heat the Pan and add oil

Add Cummin and mustard,Hing.stirr for 1 min

Add Green chilli, Onion and Garlic Stirr on low flame for 2-3 min.

Add Salt and Haldi....Low flame 2- minutes.

Add Red Amaranthus and mix well.Till All settle down almost 3-4 minutes.

Cover the pan and cook for 5-6 min on Low flame.

Add Grated coconut and mix Well our Red Amaranthus Recepie is Ready.
