How to Pan-Fry Frozen Potstickers

Tried pan-frying frozen potstickers for the first time!
After recently eating potstickers from a local spot, I wondered: What if I tried making them myself? Would it be hard or would they stick to the pan?
I did some research online and saw that many people recommend frozen potstickers from the grocery store, so I picked some up to try!
If you want something different and convenient besides rice, noodles, or dumplings, potstickers are a great choice!
After trying it myself, I found it's not hard to pan-fry them—just watch the heat so they don't burn.
These potstickers turned out pretty good and not too greasy. I was full after eating about 10-12 of them!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pour a little oil into the pan and heat over low. Add the frozen potstickers.
- 2
Add water until it reaches about 1/3 the height of the potstickers.
- 3
Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until there are lots of bubbles.
- 4
After 5 minutes, once most of the water has evaporated, reduce to low heat and pan-fry for another 3-5 minutes until the bottoms are golden and slightly crispy.

Super Quick and Easy! Mille-Feuille Style Eggplant Pot Stickers Super Quick and Easy! Mille-Feuille Style Eggplant Pot Stickers
I wanted to prepare a lot of eggplant without using any oil in some healthy way, and wanted to prepare it quickly and simply!!There's absolutely nothing to it. Make your own version of the meat filling! The eggplants will absorb the oils, but that's no trouble if prepared this way! There's no need to use a stove top!! Recipe by yukiayane cookpad.japan -
