George Foreman Grill Cumin Lamb Steak

Ingredients

5-8 minutes
2 people
  1. 1/2 inchthick lamb steak
  2. Cumin
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat grill

  2. 2

    Season lamb steak on both sides with salt, pepper, and cumin.

  3. 3

    Grill for 5 minutes exactly without opening the grill.

  4. 4

    Check it once at 5 minutes when it should be about medium rare. Total time depends on the size of the cut of lamb steak. Grill for longer to get to desired doneness.

    When the lamb steak is done, put it on a plate and loosely cover with foil to rest for 3 minutes.

    Wipe the grill down with a paper towel while it is still hot

Most nights before I go to bed, I will lay six strips of bacon out on my George Foreman Grill. Then I go to sleep.When I wake up, I plug in the grill, I go back to sleep again. Then I wake up to the smell of crackling bacon. It is delicious, it's good for me. It's the perfect way to start the day.Today I got up, I stepped onto the grill and it clamped down on my foot... that's it. I don't see what's so hard to believe about that.
